FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Payment Terms

 

  • Payment must be made in full before delivery.

  • Delivery, local tax, and customs duties will be added to the final total.

  • Payment can be made by credit or debit card and bank transfer.

  • The payee is responsible for all fees.


Shipping

​

  • We ship worldwide using an industry-leading expert specialising in artwork packing and handling.

  • Delivery to Europe, the USA and the Rest of the world is calculated based on the weight/value of your package using Royal Mail Prices or couriers where appropriate.

  • Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days of being placed and dispatched within seven days.

  • Please allow five days for your goods to arrive within the mainland UK, 7 – 10 days for Europe and 10-12 days for the rest of the world.

  • Be aware that once your parcel leaves the UK, Lynn Reed-Golden cannot be held responsible for foreign customs fees or the holding of items in customs.

  • Orders are shipped using a tracked or signed service.

Returns

​

  • Items must be returned in the condition and packaging they arrived within 14 days of purchase.

  • Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We will not accept the return of an artwork if it has been used, damaged or incorrectly packed.

  • You are responsible for any returned goods until the items have reached us, and we strongly advise that proof of postage is purchased when arranging your return.

  • Please note that we will not refund delivery charges.

  • No refunds on any commission. 

  • If you should find anything wrong with your order, please get in touch with us immediately, and we will find a way to resolve the issue.

Commissions

  • Commissions are welcome.

  • Commissions begin with a Zoom call, studio visit or site visit.

  • Detailed illustrations, cost and timelines established.

  • 75% deposit required.

  • Full payment before delivery of final artwork (including shipping and framing costs).
